A small harbour-side roastery in Wexmouth, pulling slow shots and baking sea-salt pastries since the morning fog still hung over the water.

Three things we get right

01 — Roast

Roasted on the pier

Single-origin beans roasted in small batches twice a week, metres from where you drink them.

02 — Bake

Baked before dawn

Sourdough, sea-salt cardamom buns, and galettes made fresh each morning by hand.

03 — Place

A seat by the water

Big windows, worn timber tables, and the harbour doing its quiet work outside.

Ethiopia Guji, light roast

Stone fruit, jasmine, and a clean finish. Our current house pour-over — bright enough to wake the harbour and gentle enough to linger over.
